The Health Record section renders the entire Google Health record via AAFP's CCR stylesheet.
This is also where one can export one's health record in CCR format by sending it in an email by tapping the export icon

in the upper right corner.
Note: You probably don't want to do this.
Generally, to keep your information safe, you'll want to share your record via Google Health's secure "Share this Profile" functionality or, if need be, its "Export profile to PDF" button. However, I added this feature because it's your data and you should be able to do what you want with it.
Emailed exports of your CCR record will contain two attachments: the record itself (an XML file) and an XSL stylesheet developed by the AAFP. As long as the XML and XSL files are next to each other, any modern web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) should be able to display the XML file as HTML even though it's a standards-compliant CCR document.
